5 Bedroom Holiday Villa For Rent With Private Pool in Ibiza (Sleeps 10)

This holiday rental is a modern comfortable house that can sleep 10 people. The Villa lies at the top of a hill and has incredible views over Ibiza Town, Salinas and Formentera. However, it also has very good access to Ibiza Town, no more than 10 minutes in a car. Beaches are 10 minutes drive and shops are a mere 2 to 3 minutes drive. The villa has 5 double bedrooms. 4 doubles and 1 twin room. Upstairs has air conditioning. There are 3 bathroom/showers, one being en-suite. Additionally, there are a few terraces ideal for those lazy afternoons, admiring the stunning views of Ibiza. There is also a living area and a sun lounge connected to the master bedroom. Downstairs, there is a living room dining area that is well furnished. Here you can find a TV, DVD and CD player. Outside the views are spectacular from the terraces as well as from the beautiful Infinity Pool, There are plenty of areas to sunbathe here and enough spaces to park your cars. The Villa has easy access to Ibiza Town, all the beaches and naturally all the nightlife. You can probably see what's going on from your terraces before you go out at night. In the villa you can have a peaceful chilled out holiday, but never be to far from the action.

About the area around Ibiza

Ibiza is the third largest of the Balearic Islands, covering just 225 square miles (585 square km), but in recent times it has become the best known of the archipelago and a hugely popular destination for young revellers, middle-class European package tourists, whose collective character imbue the island with a chic and trendy atmosphere that is at its most colourful in the frenetic nightlife. Ibiza has plenty to offer besides night clubs – its jagged coastline contains dozens of dreamy white sandy beaches, hidden coves and bays, villages of white-washed houses tumbling down Cliffside's, and a green, hilly interior landscape decorated with fig and olive trees.

The island's main town is the port of Ciudad de Ibiza – known as Eivissa to the locals and Ibiza Town to the Brits. Located in the south, it is the centre of the island’s nightclub scene and has a lively marina and quaint old quarter with some great restaurants. It lies close to the beautiful beaches of Figueretes, Es Cavallet and Ses Salines. San Antonio is the main resort town of the island and is blighted with high-rise hotels and apartment blocks though it is making efforts to clean up its tarnished image. The main attraction for many British holidaymakers are the beautiful coves with glorious beaches. Just three miles (5km) offshore is the ‘satellite’ island of Formentera, a little haven reached by ferry, with less crowded stretches even in the height of the sweltering summer season.
