This villa is huge and is in excellent condition. Approx. 574m2 of living space, with 6/7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms / shower rooms, a sitting room with an open fireplace, a dining area, a bar area, another lounge, a pantry, a store room and a double garage. The house has air-conditioning in the lounge area. The outside area is amazing. The villa boasts a beautiful garden, with a lawned area, very unusual for Ibiza. In the garden you can find, Olive Trees, Grapefruit Trees, Orange Trees and a variety of beautiful flowers. The swimming pool is excellent. There are Roman steps leading down into the pool and a very large swimming area. Around the pool there is plenty of sunbathing areas and a fantastic barbecue. There is also a wonderful chill out area with lovely views over the surrounding countryside, an outside dining area, a bar and a large fridge for all your drinks. The 6/7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms / shower rooms are split over two levels. On ground level there are 5 double bedrooms, two with fitted wardrobes and one with a sun terrace, there are 2 large bathrooms / showers, a storeroom and a pantry. On the second floor there is a fully fitted kitchen with a staircase to the garden, a large dining area with a huge sun terrace, and sitting area with an open fire place with access to more sun terraces. Above the kitchen / sitting / dining area is another large double ensuite bedroom with fitted wardrobes. This bedroom is a Mezzanine bedroom with its own sitting room / 2nd bedroom which can be used as a 7th bedroom. The Master Bedroom has a double bed and the sitting room / 7th bedroom has two single beds. The sitting area / 7th bedroom is separated from the double bedroom by a Mezzanine railing and the staircase. Both areas of the room have their own large sun terrace with spectacular views over Conjera, the surrounding countryside and best of all the sea. From here you can enjoy stunning sunsets and sun rises. The villa can sleep 14 - 16 people. It is in an excellent location with easy access to all the beaches, Ibiza Town, San Antonia and Supermarkets. Driving time to Ibiza Town is between 8 and 15 minutes depending on traffic, and 5-10 minutes to San Antonia depending on traffic. San Rafel, a beautiful village with excellent bars and restaurants is 4 minutes drive. Supermarkets are 5 mins drive and some of Ibizas most beautiful beaches are between 10 and 20 minutes drive, depending on traffic.

About the area around Ibiza

Ibiza is the third largest of the Balearic Islands, covering just 225 square miles (585 square km), but in recent times it has become the best known of the archipelago and a hugely popular destination for young revellers, middle-class European package tourists, whose collective character imbue the island with a chic and trendy atmosphere that is at its most colourful in the frenetic nightlife. Ibiza has plenty to offer besides night clubs – its jagged coastline contains dozens of dreamy white sandy beaches, hidden coves and bays, villages of white-washed houses tumbling down Cliffside's, and a green, hilly interior landscape decorated with fig and olive trees.

The island's main town is the port of Ciudad de Ibiza – known as Eivissa to the locals and Ibiza Town to the Brits. Located in the south, it is the centre of the island’s nightclub scene and has a lively marina and quaint old quarter with some great restaurants. It lies close to the beautiful beaches of Figueretes, Es Cavallet and Ses Salines. San Antonio is the main resort town of the island and is blighted with high-rise hotels and apartment blocks though it is making efforts to clean up its tarnished image. The main attraction for many British holidaymakers are the beautiful coves with glorious beaches. Just three miles (5km) offshore is the ‘satellite’ island of Formentera, a little haven reached by ferry, with less crowded stretches even in the height of the sweltering summer season.
