Beautiful 4 bed 3 bath detached villas set in a residential area and only 3 minutes walk to the beach. Close by is Cancelada with a large range of restaurants, bars and shops. Also nearby is the famous Los Flamingos Golf Course with its luxury spa and beach club. The villa has been furnished to a high standard. With a private garden, pool and BBQ you can enjoy the Spanish summer. Only a short walk away are beautiful beaches with Spanish beach bars which serve great food and cold drinks. The most well known is Pepes which has been open since the 1970's. The villa has four bedrooms. The Master bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe and kingsize bed. There is also a TV with Sky connected. The second bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and super kingsize bed. The third bedroom has two single beds, their own wardrobes and private terrace. On the second floor is the fourth bedroom with double bed and private terrace. The family bathroom is located on the second floor and is marbled and has a bath. The lounge and dining room has been furnished with comfortable leather sofas, dining table, eight chairs and artwork. There is also a flat screen tv, satellite TV with sky plus, movies and childrens TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with american fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob and microwave. It has ample cupboards which are stocked with all utensils. On the ground floor is also a bathroom with Washer and dryer. From the lounge is a large covered terrace, which is perfect for alfresco dining. There are sunloungers to relax on and the private pool is close to the house. There is also an outside BBQ. Close by is the cosmopolitan Puerto Banus, San Pedro and Estepona, which has a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. You are also in a perfect location to visit Marbella, Puerto Banus and the Rock of Gibraltar. About the area around Estepona

Estepona is an excellent location when visiting the Costa del Sol - whilst it is growing in size and popularity, much of the Spanish village charm still remains as the local government are happy to provide beautiful gardens and plants throughout the area. The location is also good for those who wish to explore the Costa del Sol and Andalucia as you are more or less in the centre of everything. Seville, Granada, Cordoba and Gibraltar are all in easy reach as a day trip. At the Western end on the Costa del Sol some 20 kms from Marbella; the town of Estepona has successfully maintained its Pueblo character despite the rigours of tourism. With a population of around 50,000 people, this busy town with its narrow, steep cobbled streets is a pleasure to explore. These small thoroughfares offer a wealth of Bodegas, and Tapas Bars serving traditional food at very reasonable prices, with a friendly service.
