This luxury villa is about 2 KM outside of Estepona in a quiet residential area called Bahia Dorada. It is about 500 metres away from sandy beaches (as the crow flys) and a 25 minute walk into town (or a short drive). The grounds of this villa are surrounded by Eucalyptus trees, so it is very quiet! There is air conditioning/ heating throughout the house. There is a communal tennis court which you may hire. There is also a footbridge close by which allows you to access the seafront quite easily from the villa. The beach at this point is stones, however, there is a nice promenade which takes for a further 700 metres where the stony beach opens up into about 30 kilometers of sandy beach. This extensive, comfortable and generously equipped villa has plenty of space to stretch out and feel relaxed. On the outside you’ll find a large hot tub/Jacuzzi right next to the 3 metre deep, generous-size swimming pool (which is fully tiled and set in its own private garden made up of a mixture of tropical plants, palms and fish ponds). The pool-side bar has a BBQ, lots of seating and even a television! On the inside, this wonderfully equipped house comes with a modern computer with unlimited dial up internet connection (free), a printer and an IPOD base for downloading your music. There are large TVs throughout the house with British TV (including Sky Sports channels). The owners have also provided Playstation I and II with a good selection of games for each. The well appointed kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge-freezer. The beaches are only ten minutes walk away and Estepona Town is a about a five minute drive.

About the area around Estepona

At the Western end on the Costa del Sol some 20 kms from Marbella; the town of Estepona has successfully maintained its Pueblo character despite the rigours of tourism. With a population of around 50,000 people, this busy town with its narrow, steep cobbled streets is a pleasure to explore. These small thoroughfares offer a wealth of Bodegas, and Tapas Bars serving traditional food at very reasonable prices, with a friendly service. Estepona also boasts La Rada Beach an obvious attraction, and the town generally has an abundance of Hotels, and Restaurants.
