This villa is well located about 2KM West of Estepona Centre and only about 40 metres from the beautiful beaches, in fact It would take you less than two minutes to get to the beach - you can hear even hear the sea at night; so relaxing. The town centre is about a 40 minute walk along the beach. This modern-design villa is in a very quiet urbanisation with very little traffic. The villa was built only four years ago and is contained within its own walled garden area and even boasts its own nice sized private swimming pool. The gardens are lawn and many tropical palms and Mediterranean shrubs. There are terraces with sun beds, and sufficient tables and chairs for eating outside, or perhaps even a BBQ. The lounge offers Sky TV and an open fireplace. The kitchen has clean lines and comes fully equipped. All three of the bedrooms are good sized and the villa also has off road parking as a bonus. (If of interest, there is a naturist beach and resort about a 5 minute walk from the villa). The villa is located 2 KM west of Estepona town centre in the direction of Gibraltar. It is in a very quiet urbanisation called Arroyo Vaquero which comprises of only large villas. The villa is located about 40 metres from the sandy beaches of Estepona. There is a beach bar here (Cheringuito) a few minutes from the villa - ideal for evening drinks or somewhere to relax during the day. The walk into Estepona Town takes about 40 minutes along the beach. Estepona's small but popular nudist beach (together with accommodation) is located a short walk along the beach in the direction of Estepona Town. There is also a beach snack bar located here for food and drinks.

Estepona is an excellent location when visiting the Costa del Sol - whilst it is growing in size and popularity, much of the Spanish village charm still remains as the local government are happy to provide beautiful gardens and plants throughout the area.
