The house is fairly new and forms part of an original terrace of only seven houses that were built to mark the building of the Bahia de Casares Urbanisation. This means these original properties are built to an impressive standard. The enormous 15m x 13m pool, with it's private garden, is shared only amongst these eleven houses which makes the pool area practically private to you as so few people can use it. Estepona is an excellent location when visiting the Costa del Sol - whilst it is growing in size and popularity, much of the Spanish village charm still remains as the local government are happy to provide beautiful gardens and plants throughout the area. The location is also good for those who wish to explore the Costa del Sol and Andalucia as you are more or less in the centre of everything. Seville, Granada, Cordoba and Gibraltar are all in easy reach as a day trip.
