This beautiful house is located 8 KM west of Estepona and only about 250 metres from the sea. The direct views of the sea are breathtaking & the private little garden (with palms, shrubs and flowers) provides a great environment for you to relax and enjoy the sun whilst taking in the views. The house is fairly new and forms part of an original terrace of only seven houses that were built to mark the building of the Bahia de Casares Urbanisation. This means these original properties are built to an impressive standard. The enormous 15m x 13m pool, with it's private garden, is shared only amongst these eleven houses which makes the pool area practically private to you as so few people can use it. The driveway is next to the front door where you find easy car parking. The house is spacious, airy and is very well furnished throughout. Sky TV is provided for English TV and the kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons. Altogether a great house to spend your holiday.

About the area around Estepona

Estepona is an excellent location when visiting the Costa del Sol - whilst it is growing in size and popularity, much of the Spanish village charm still remains as the local government are happy to provide beautiful gardens and plants throughout the area. The location is also good for those who wish to explore the Costa del Sol and Andalucia as you are more or less in the centre of everything. Seville, Granada, Cordoba and Gibraltar are all in easy reach as a day trip. At the Western end on the Costa del Sol some 20 kms from Marbella; the town of Estepona has successfully maintained its Pueblo character despite the rigours of tourism. With a population of around 50,000 people, this busy town with its narrow, steep cobbled streets is a pleasure to explore. These small thoroughfares offer a wealth of Bodegas, and Tapas Bars serving traditional food at very reasonable prices, with a friendly service. Estepona also boasts La Rada Beach an obvious attraction, and the town generally has an abundance of Hotels, and Restaurants. Taking a stroll along the seafront promenade towards the Western end will bring you to Estepona Marina, where there are a wide variety of Restaurants and Bars with nightclubs open until the early hours. The Marina also hosts the Sunday morning market popular with locals and tourists alike. Dominated by the majestic Sierra Bermeja Mountain range, Estepona can easily be reached via the AP-7 Expressway or the N-340 Coastal Highway from Malaga Airport.
