In the vicinity of the house, you will find the local beach, which is about a twenty-minute walk away. The shops, restaurants and bars are just a ten minutes stroll from the house. About the area

The villa is well located approximately 3KM from the sea front about half way between San Pedro and Estepona. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk to a good selection of bars, many restaurants and shops located along the A7 road. The villa is situated amongst many other larger villas in a well maintained and popular urbanisation. The villa commands spectacular views over a golf course out to the mountains and the sea. There is a very popular five star hotel called the Paraiso Hotel about 2 KM away. The villa is ideal for excursions along the coast. Nearby are the resorts of Estepona, Marbella and Puerto banus. Also nearby are the towns of Puerto Duquesa to the south and Puerto Banus near Marbella. The town is on the Mediterranean sea in the south of Spain.  Gibraltar is just over 20 miles away to the south and can be reached by car about 30 minutes. At the Western end on the Costa del Sol some 20 kms from Marbella; the town of Estepona has successfully maintained its Pueblo character despite the rigours of tourism. With a population of around 50,000 people, this busy town with its narrow, steep cobbled streets is a pleasure to explore. These small thoroughfares offer a wealth of Bodegas, and Tapas Bars serving traditional food at very reasonable prices, with a friendly service. Estepona also boasts La Rada Beach an obvious attraction, and the town generally has an abundance of Hotels, and Restaurants. Taking a stroll along the seafront promenade towards the Western end will bring you to Estepona Marina, where there are a wide variety of Restaurants and Bars with nightclubs open until the early hours. The Marina also hosts the Sunday morning market popular with locals and tourists alike. Dominated by the majestic Sierra Bermeja Mountain range, Estepona can easily be reached via the AP-7 Expressway or the N-340 Coastal Highway from Malaga Airport.
