This modern villa is newly built and provides an excellent location for a family holiday in Estepona. The villa is very tastefully decorated and air-conditioned throughout. The lounge is very comfortable with its modern leather sofas, large flat screen television and British Sky TV as well as German, French and Spanish broadcasts received via Satellite. Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms (with a shared family shower room) plus two good sized bedrooms downstairs – one of which has a super king-size bed whilst the other has both a double and a single bed provided for your use. The en-suite Jacuzzi located in the master bedroom is designed to provide a selection of soft light and music therapies to help you relax. The kitchen is modern and provides all ‘mod cons’ for comfortable living. The terraces that surround the villa provide fantastic views out-to-sea towards Gibraltar and Morocco and vistas of the Sierra Bermeja mountain behind the property (this is the last in the Sierra Nevada mountain range). Outside the house you will find a proper brick-built barbeque along side the lawn area. Whilst the garden may be slightly small, you do have your own private gated access from the house to the fields behind the villa. To one side of the villa there is a Jacuzzi and to the front is the good size private pool (9x4 metres and between 1 and 2 metres deep). There are a number of sun loungers around the pool for you to relax and enjoy the all day sun. As a bonus, the pool is heated during the colder months via a solar heating system. It is possible to fence off the pool for safety and the Jacuzzi has a fitted covered. For warmth in winter the air conditioning is adequate however, the house also has under-floor heating (a supplement is required for its use during the winter months). Secure off road parking is available if required by use of the remote control to open the gates.

About the area around Estepona

This beautifully presented, high quality family villa is located in the much sought after area of Seghers in Estepona. This is a very popular area when visiting Estepona due to its position and the quality of the properties. Seghers is close to the town with its shops, restaurants and bars and of course the beach. It is also renowned as being one of the most beautiful and more exclusive areas of the town. The surrounding neighbourhood is kept to a very high standard and the location is quiet and peaceful. Seghers is located on a hillside and although the beaches and the shops are not too far away, you may find the walk back a little steep! The nearest beach (and probably one of the best in Estepona) is about a 20 minutes walk. The popular marina of Estepona is about the same distance - many bars, restaurants and much of the night life is to be found there. The centre of the old town is a further 15 minutes walk along the landscaped seafront (or paseo) of Estepona. There are open fields behind the villa which make for a great place to go walking or to take your dog (pets are welcome in this house). Estepona is an excellent location when visiting the Costa del Sol - whilst it is growing in size and popularity, much of the Spanish village charm still remains as the local government are happy to provide beautiful gardens and plants throughout the area. The location is also good for those who wish to explore the Costa del Sol and Andalucia as you are more or less in the centre of everything. Seville, Granada, Cordoba and Gibraltar are all in easy reach as a day trip. At the Western end on the Costa del Sol some 20 kms from Marbella; the town of Estepona has successfully maintained its Pueblo character despite the rigours of tourism. With a population of around 50,000 people, this busy town with its narrow, steep cobbled streets is a pleasure to explore. These small thoroughfares offer a wealth of Bodegas, and Tapas Bars serving traditional food at very reasonable prices, with a friendly service. Estepona also boasts La Rada Beach an obvious attraction, and the town generally has an abundance of Hotels, and Restaurants. Taking a stroll along the seafront promenade towards the Western end will bring you to Estepona Marina, where there are a wide variety of Restaurants and Bars with nightclubs open until the early hours. The Marina also hosts the Sunday morning market popular with locals and tourists alike. Dominated by the majestic Sierra Bermeja Mountain range, Estepona can easily be reached via the AP-7 Expressway or the N-340 Coastal Highway from Malaga Airport.
