This beautiful 4 bedroom villa is situated next to the Golf Couse "Nueva Atalaya" for which the opportunities for golfing are immense and nearby. The beach of Guadalmina is situated only 5 km from the villa, and the famous "Puerto Banus" is situated at only 5 minutes by car. At only 3 minutes by car you can find the village of "Benahavis" which is know for its numerous restaurants and charm, since it still kept in the Spanish style white village with a large variety of well known restaurants and bars. The local fair of Benahavis takes place around mid August. Other amenities nearby include; "Selwo" an animal park in semi-freedom. The villa offers 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two of them offer twin beds, the master bedroom offers a extra large bed size 1'80 x 2'00 metres, the last bedroom offers a double bed. Due to the size of the master bedroom it is able to accommodate comfortably 2 extra single beds if needed, for with the villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 persons. The villa is situated on 2 levels, as you enter the villa, you can find the hall and stairs going down to the lower level, as well as, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, their en-suites and the master bedroom with en-suite master bathroom. The master bathroom, offers 2 washing-basins, toilet, bidet and independent shower and bath / Jacuzzi. All bedrooms offer built in wardrobes. The lower level, offers a large lounge with 2 sofas, dining table, fully equipped kitchen and the 4th bedroom of the villa with a double bed, as well as a shower room with toilet and washing basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary to make your stay enjoyable. The lounge, offers, Flat screen 42" plasma TV, DVD, CD, music Bosé system (which can be heard inside and in the pool area), satellite TV, telephone, and wireless internet. All the villa offers electric blinds on the windows to make the rooms dark if needed, as well as, air conditioning hot and cold air throughout the villa. On the same level as the lounge, you can find a large exterior terrace in which the swimming-pool size 8 x 4 metres is situated, as well as, the BBQ, exterior shower and the exterior large table with seats for 10 persons. About the area around Benahavis

To many Andalucíans, native and expatriate alike, Benahavis is synonymous with food. It has the highest concentration of high class restaurants in the region and draws visitors by the thousand who come simply to savour the cuisine. It also has an extremely high percentage of resident expatriates who have found its situation and ambience irresistible. In spite of this, it has remained remarkably unspoiled, with winding narrow streets ill-suited to the motor car, and a picturesqueness which almost makes it seem like a specially-created film set. It stands 500 metres above sea level, 7 kilometres inland from the Guadalmina Golf Course, and is reached by driving through the rio Guadalmina gorge up into the hills. Its Moorish heritage is emphasised by the existence nearby of the ruined 11th Century castle of Montemayor. As its name implies, this Arab stronghold squats on top of the highest mountain in the locality, and anyone wishing to make the climb to visit the ruins and experience the truly sensational views of the coastline should be prepared for a strenuous but rewarding effort. A notable feature of the village is La Aldea. Almost a village within a village, La Aldea was the brainchild of the British sculptor, David Marshall, whose gallery is one of its main features. Though largely a recent creation, determined efforts have been made to make this enclave even more Andalucían than Benahavis itself, with marble fountains, antiques and old-fashioned doors and grilles.
