There is an attractive solid wood dining suite with seating for six and two leather settees, the larger of which is a double recliner. Satellite TV has been installed in the lounge and there is also an internet connection. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc. Also on the first floor is a twin bedroom with sliding patio doors to the large balcony and a full bathroom. Stairs lead lead up to the top floor where there are 2 further bedrooms both of which are double and have their own balconies, again with marvellous views. The master bedroom is of very generous dimensions and has a full en-suite bathroom and a television. There is also a third full bathroom on this floor. Paraiso de la Bahia, or paradise bay, is a small, quiet, enclosed development about 5 minutes from Estepona. It has been well landscaped with tropical gardens and there are a total of 2 adult and 2 children's pools as well as a children's play area. The lovely nearby sandy beach of Playa de Casares is just a couple of minutes walk away with easy access over a pedestrian bridge.

About the area

Paraiso de la Bahia has four lovely swimming pools, 2 large and 2 for children, in addition to which the superb Casares Beach is close to hand, just a five minute walk away and here there is an excellent chiringuito, beach bar, where you can sit in the sun or the shade and enjoy a long cold drink or sample their excellent fresh fish and other dishes. Paraiso del la Bahia is located less than 10 minutes from the delightful seaside town of Estepona and about five minutes from the up and coming resort of Sabinillas. Between the two you will be spoilt for choice for excellent shops, bars and restaurants. Also close by is the pretty Port of Duquesa and it goes without saying that there is a first class choice of golf courses in the area.
