Wonderful 100 year old farm house that has been tastefully restored to provide top class luxury holiday accommodation whilst at the same time retaining the charm of an old Spanish Cortijo. It is set in tropical gardens of about one acre with a lovely large pool and plenty of patio areas meaning that you can have sun or shade at any time of day. The air conditioned accommodation, which is all situated on the ground floor, consists of a large entrance hall, where there is a Yamaha electronic piano, three en-suite double bed rooms, a large living room, separate dining room, big, very well fitted kitchen and a games room. Patio doors lead from the living room and the kitchen onto a vine covered terrace. This has patio furniture plus a built in bar with 2 fridges and a sink. Steps lead from here in one direction to the heated swimming pool and sun terrace and in another direction to a separate patio where there is a built in BBQ and a full size table tennis table. In addition to the patios lovely tropical gardens surround the villa. There is also a 9 hole putting green and an air conditioned mini gym. The elegant living room boasts a high beamed ceiling, solid wood patio doors and a large open fire place. There is a large flat screen TV with SKY reception and a DVD player. The kitchen is exceptionally well fitted and has a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, hob and oven, microwave and plenty of pots, pans, crockery and glassware etc. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer and a flat screen TV. The three double bed rooms are all very comfortably furnished, 2 have en-suite shower rooms and one has a full en-suite bathroom. 2 also have patio doors on to their own private patios. They all have built in solid wood wardrobes. Each room has it’s own television, 2 of which are flat screen, and an independent SKY reception is available to each of them. DVD players are also installed in all rooms. The dining room has a stylish cream coloured dining suite that seats six. This room leads into the games room where there is a full size pool table, a dart board and a punch bag, all of which should certainly keep the kids, and perhaps one or two of the adults, happy. There is also a broadband internet connection here. The property is securely enclosed and has electronic security gates with an intercom. There is plenty of parking and the house also has an alarm system connected to a local security firm. In short this is an exceptionally fine holiday villa, fitted and furnished to a very high standard and equipped with many extras not normally to be found in a holiday home. The lovely seaside town of Estepona is just a few minutes away by car. Once a sleepy fishing village it now boasts many first class, shops, bars and restaurants whilst at the same time managing to retain much of it’s old world charm in the delightful cobbled back streets. There is also an excellent beach with a lovely promenade all along the front running for 2.6 kms. |

At the Western end on the Costa del Sol some 20 kms from Marbella; the town of Estepona has successfully maintained its Pueblo character despite the rigours of tourism. With a population of around 50,000 people, this busy town with its narrow, steep cobbled streets is a pleasure to explore. These small thoroughfares offer a wealth of Bodegas, and Tapas Bars serving traditional food at very reasonable prices, with a friendly service. Estepona also boasts La Rada Beach an obvious attraction, and the town generally has an abundance of Hotels, and Restaurants. Taking a stroll along the seafront promenade towards the Western end will bring you to Estepona Marina, where there are a wide variety of Restaurants and Bars with nightclubs open until the early hours. The Marina also hosts the Sunday morning market popular with locals and tourists alike. Dominated by the majestic Sierra Bermeja Mountain range, Estepona can easily be reached via the AP-7 Expressway or the N-340 Coastal Highway from Malaga Airport.
