This modern 3 bedroom villa is located in an enviable position as from the garden there is direct access to tropical gardens with steps leading to a private beach just 2 minutes away. The property consists of a spacious living/dining room with wonderful sea views from the patio doors which lead on to the furnished terrace and gardens. There are 2 comfortable settees and an extending round dining table which seats six. A large TV is installed in the lounge with satellite reception, ( full SKY Package) and a DVD player. The modern well equipped kitchen has a hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave, tumble dryer and a good selection of pots, pans, crockery glassware etc. Also downstairs is a cloakroom with WC and hand basin. Stairs lead up to the first floor where there is one twin bedroom and one double bed room, both of which have fully tiled en-suite shower rooms and built in storage space. The master bedroom is on the second floor and this has a full en-suite bathroom and a large terrace with wonderful sea views. A television is also installed in this bedroom. There is a fourth small bedroom suitable for a child, a cot and high chair are available. This very comfortable holiday villa has marble floors throughout which, along with the sea breezes through the patio doors, help to keep the property comfortably cool during the summer heat. Outside the villa is a paved patio with dining table and chairs, this leads onto a a small private garden with a gate so the property is very safe for young children. This gate opens onto the communal gardens from where it is just a few steps down to the beach or in the opposite direction to the communal swimming pool, this has a low picket style security fence around it. There is an allotted shaded parking area outside the villa in addition to which there is an underground car park a short walk away. The villa has an alarmed security system. The lovely seaside town of Estepona is just a few minutes away by car. Once a sleepy fishing village it now boasts many first class, shops, bars and restaurants whilst at the same time managing to retain much of it’s old world charm in the delightful cobbled back streets. There is also an excellent beach with a lovely promenade all along the front running for 2.6 kms. The villa is also conveniently situated a short walk along the beach from the prestigious Elba Hotel with its 5 star spa and the 4 star H10 Estepona Palace Hotel which has excellent dining facilities, together with evening entertainment if you do not wish to go into town.

About the area around Estepona

At the Western end on the Costa del Sol some 20 kms from Marbella; the town of Estepona has successfully maintained its Pueblo character despite the rigours of tourism. With a population of around 50,000 people, this busy town with its narrow, steep cobbled streets is a pleasure to explore. These small thoroughfares offer a wealth of Bodegas, and Tapas Bars serving traditional food at very reasonable prices, with a friendly service. Estepona also boasts La Rada Beach an obvious attraction, and the town generally has an abundance of Hotels, and Restaurants. Taking a stroll along the seafront promenade towards the Western end will bring you to Estepona Marina, where there are a wide variety of Restaurants and Bars with nightclubs open until the early hours.
