Three storey linked house in the south section of the Villacana resort. A comfortably furnished family home it is close to the Jorge pool area and, as with all Villacana properties, within minutes of the beach and main facilities.

The layout is as follows: On the first floor: It has a fully fitted kitchen to include fridge-freezer, washing machine, dish-washer, microwave and slow cooker. Sitting room opening onto an east facing patio complete with table and chairs. Dining area close to the kitchen, satellite TV (Sky digital) and a music centre (CD/cassette) are included in the price. The main purpose of the small second floor is to give access to the roof terrace. On this floor is a WC and basin and tumble dryer. The roof terrace has excellent sea and mountain views, shower and sun loungers. On the ground floor: There is one double bedded room and one twin bedded room both with fully fitted bathroom to include bath and shower, ensuite.

The community facilities include 4 restaurant bars and 1 music bar, 4 swimming pools, tennis court, small supermarket, 24 hour security, car park, hairdressers/beauty treatments and laundrette. Set beside the beach, walk either way along the beach and there are beach bars and restaurants. The property is in a prime golfing district with many superb courses just minutes drive away, so is a popular place to come to if you are looking for a golfing break. In close proximity to Estepona, Marbella and Puerto Banus and only 45 minutes from Malaga and Gibraltar Airports. Across the road from Villacana is the quaint village of Cancelada with tapas bars, restaurants, market and pharmacy.
