Two storey holiday house in the south section of the Villacana resort. A comfortably furnished family home it opens onto the Eva pool area and, as with all Villacana properties, is within minutes of the beach and main facilities.

The layout is as follows: On the first floor: There is one double bedded room and one twin bedded room with two fully fitted bathrooms to include bath and shower, one being ensuite. The washing machine is in one of the bathrooms. On the ground floor: There is a fully fitted kitchen to include fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The sitting room opens onto an east facing patio in the pool area complete with table and chairs. The dining facility is close to the kitchen and satellite TV (Sky digital) is included in the price. The property has direct access to the Eva pool and has air-conditioning in the bedrooms.

The community facilities include 4 restaurant bars and 1 music bar, 4 swimming pools, tennis court, small supermarket, 24 hour security, car park, hairdressers/beauty treatments and laundrette. Set beside the beach, walk either way along the beach and there are beach bars and restaurants. The property is in a prime golfing district with many superb courses just minutes drive away, so is a popular place to come to if you are looking for a golfing break. In close proximity to Estepona, Marbella and Puerto Banus and only 45 minutes from Malaga and Gibraltar Airports. Across the road from Villacana is the quaint village of Cancelada with tapas bars, restaurants, market and pharmacy.
