Two storey townhouse in the later Villacana style. It is very close to the attractive Elena pool area and within a few minutes walk of Reception and the beach and main pool area and facilities. The two bed-rooms (both with air-conditioning) and bathrooms are upstairs, the sitting room with dining area and the kitchen are on the ground floor.

The layout is as follows: On the first floor: The double bedded room has a 6ft wide bed and the bathroom is en-suite. The second bedroom has good sized twin beds and is serviced by another bathroom on the landing. The ground floor: The sitting room is comfortably furnished with settees and occasional furniture. Satellite TV, video and a music centre are provided. Dining facilities are at the kitchen end of the sitting room. There are ceiling fans in the three main rooms. The sitting room opens into an enclosed patio with table, chairs, parasol and built in barbecue. The kitchen has electric oven and ceramic hob, dish-washer and washing machine. A fridge-freezer and microwave complete the facilities - kettle, iron and board come as standard.

The community facilities include 4 restaurant bars and 1 music bar, 4 swimming pools, tennis court, small supermarket, 24 hour security, car park, hairdressers/beauty treatments and laundrette. Set beside the beach, walk either way along the beach and there are beach bars and restaurants. The property is in a prime golfing district with many superb courses just minutes drive away, so is a popular place to come to if you are looking for a golfing break. In close proximity to Estepona, Marbella and Puerto Banus and only 45 minutes from Malaga and Gibraltar Airports. Across the road from Villacana is the quaint village of Cancelada with tapas bars, restaurants, market and pharmacy.
