Lovely 2 bedroom holiday apartment situated very close to the Jorge pool area and the beach in the south section of Villacana beachside resort.

Very well located ground floor apartment being only separated from the beach by the Jorge pool and its surrounding lawns and gardens. There is a small shady garden to the rear (north) and the sitting room opens onto a south facing paved patio with table and chairs and an awning. This patio in turn gives access to the sunbathing lawns around the pool and the beach.

The layout is as follows: There are two bedrooms, one double bedded and one with twin beds. Both have good hanging space. The shared bathroom is fully fitted to include shower and bath, WC and basin. The sitting room is comfortably furnished with settees and there are dining facilities close to the kitchen which is open to the sitting room. The kitchen is fully fitted to include fridge-freezer and washing machine and cooking is by electric hobs and oven. Iron and board come as standard and satellite TV is included in the price.

The community facilities include 4 restaurant bars and 1 music bar, 4 swimming pools, tennis court, small supermarket, 24 hour security, car park, hairdressers/beauty treatments and laundrette. Set beside the beach, walk either way along the beach and there are beach bars and restaurants. The property is in a prime golfing district with many superb courses just minutes drive away, so is a popular place to come to if you are looking for a golfing break. In close proximity to Estepona, Marbella and Puerto Banus and only 45 minutes from Malaga and Gibraltar Airports. Across the road from Villacana is the quaint village of Cancelada with tapas bars, restaurants, market and pharmacy.
