The lounge is comfortable with TV (Spanish only) plus air conditioning and a heater. The outdoor balcony with views over the pool and gardens and on towards the coast is accessed through the lounge and is ideal for alfresco dining. The apartment is within a secure gated community and guests enjoy the Olympic size communal pool (only 25 metres away) were you can also sunbathe and relax in comfort within the landscaped surrounding gardens. One of the great features of this apartment is its close proximity to the excellent shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, town and beach. The apartment is around 5 minutes walk from a large Mercadona shopping complex and the Via Park complex 7 restaurants and 5 bars. In under 15 minutes you can stroll to the Flamenca Beach complex with dozens of bars, restaurants and live entertainment. 

About the area around Playa Flamenca

Walking distance to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and Saturday market.  10 - 15 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach at Playa Flamenca.  Short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses. Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes. Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
