The apartment is well-located being close to the main pool area, the front small pool area and the beach. The orientation is south/north and there are south facing lawns with patio, furniture and pergola.

The layout is as follows: All on the ground floor: One double bedded room and one twin bedded room with a shared full bathroom to include bath, shower, WC , basin and washing machine. Both bedrooms are south facing and have access to the gardens and the patio. The sitting room, dining area and kitchenette are to the north of the apartment. The sitting room is basically but comfortably furnished with settees and there is satellite TV (Sky digital) and an open fireplace. There are dining facilities for four and the kitchenette has sink, small fridge, electric hobs and oven. Although basic, the apartment offers an economical venue on this much-loved resort.

The community facilities include 4 restaurant bars and 1 music bar, 4 swimming pools, tennis court, small supermarket, 24 hour security, car park, hairdressers/beauty treatments and laundrette. Set beside the beach, walk either way along the beach and there are beach bars and restaurants. The property is in a prime golfing district with many superb courses just minutes drive away, so is a popular place to come to if you are looking for a golfing break. In close proximity to Estepona, Marbella and Puerto Banus and only 45 minutes from Malaga and Gibraltar Airports. Across the road from Villacana is the quaint village of Cancelada with tapas bars, restaurants, market and pharmacy.
