Two storey holiday house in the south section of the Villacana resort. A comfortably furnished family home it is located close to the Eva pool area and, as with all Villacana properties, within minutes of the beach and main facilities.

The layout is as follows: On the first floor: The first floor has one double bedded room and one twin bedded room with a shared shower room. There is also a bed base with mattress to accommodate a fifth person. (If this is not felt to be suitable a folding bed can be rented at about £15.00p.w). On the ground floor: there is a fully fitted kitchen to include fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a ceramic hob and electric oven. The comfortably furnished sitting room is to the north of the kitchen and opens onto a private, walled patio complete with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue. There are full dining facilities close to the kitchen and satellite TV, video and radio.

The community facilities include 4 restaurant bars and 1 music bar, 4 swimming pools, tennis court, small supermarket, 24 hour security, car park, hairdressers/beauty treatments and laundrette. Set beside the beach, walk either way along the beach and there are beach bars and restaurants. The property is in a prime golfing district with many superb courses just minutes drive away, so is a popular place to come to if you are looking for a golfing break. In close proximity to Estepona, Marbella and Puerto Banus and only 45 minutes from Malaga and Gibraltar Airports. Across the road from Villacana is the quaint village of Cancelada with tapas bars, restaurants, market and pharmacy.
