This property has two bedrooms and one shower room. The house is alongside the Eva pool with direct access to the pool area from the lounge. A short walk from the main pool and all amenities at Villacana.

The layout is as follows: On the first floor: The bedrooms, one double and one twin, are on this floor together with the bathroom. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning. The bathroom is full size but does not have a bath, it has a shower. On the ground floor: The sitting room is on this floor and is comfortably furnished. A ceiling fan has been installed to counter the summer heat. Patio doors to the north of the sitting room give access to the terrace where garden furniture parasol and barbecue are provided. Satellite TV (Sky digital), DVD and CD players are included. The kitchen is fully fitted to include a washing machine, microwave and fridge-freezer. Cooking is electric and kettle, iron and board come as standard. The dining facilities are close to the kitchen to one end of the sitting room.

The community facilities include 4 restaurant bars and 1 music bar, 4 swimming pools, tennis court, small supermarket, 24 hour security, car park, hairdressers/beauty treatments and laundrette. Set beside the beach, walk either way along the beach and there are beach bars and restaurants. The property is in a prime golfing district with many superb courses just minutes drive away, so is a popular place to come to if you are looking for a golfing break. In close proximity to Estepona, Marbella and Puerto Banus and only 45 minutes from Malaga and Gibraltar Airports. Across the road from Villacana is the quaint village of Cancelada with tapas bars, restaurants, market and pharmacy.
