There are also several shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, whilst the beautiful and atmospheric medieval village of Pals is just 10 min drive away. The apartments are well furnished in a cheerful, modern style and are ideal for families wanting a quiet location yet close to all amenities. All have their own dedicated parking space and a security entry phone system. For those wanting to explore a little further, the beautiful sandy coves of Aigua Blava, Sa Tuna and Sa Riera are all within 10 minutes drive, as is the stunningly pretty medieval village of Pals. About the area around Platja de Pals

 Platja de Pals is a fortified medieval village which has been skilfully restored and now represents a very pleasant holiday resort in the heart of the Costa Brava. The village buildings are date back to the fourteenth century and are perched upon a hilltop setting with splendid views over the Emporda area. Below the parish church there is the town museum. Platja de Pals has regular entertainment in the summer and winter months with a live nativity scene over Christmas. There are a few good quality and value for money restaurants and bars in the town. Platja de Pals beach is a lovely stretch of sand and ideal for windsurfing. A long sandy beach where even in the summer high season you can find a quiet spot. Platja de Pals also has two 18 hole golf courses. The resort has a lot to offer and is a good base to explore many of the coves and small coastal village situated along this beautiful stretch of coastline.
