This stunning villa has 4 spacious bedrooms of which one masters bedroom with private veranda, all air-conditioned and with ceiling fans. All rooms have en-suite bathroom and double balcony doors to a private balcony, veranda or terrace with 2 seats and table. All rooms have a splendid open views of the Indian Ocean. All beds are oversized 2.00 x 2.30m and have mosquito nets. The masters bedroom has 2 extra single beds and another of the bedrooms has one extra bed. Providing accommodation for up to 11 guests in total. The villa has 2 lounges, one with radio/CD, DVD and satellite TV and a second lounge with books and games. For the children there is also darts, table-tennis, softball tennis, badminton, balls, snorkels and the large tilled swimming pool of 6 x 13m, surrounded by tropical flowers and coconut trees. At the end of the garden, near the beach, there is a romantic gazebo, the ideal place to observe the waves of the warmest ocean of the world. The villa has a high quality, fully equipped kitchen although we recommend you to hire the personal cook. His services are excellent. He composes with you the daily menu, prepares and serves all meals, does the dishes and even goes for shopping. This is a really worthwhile extra: provides really relaxed holidays, especially with children. The price for hiring the cook is 12 euro/day.

The villa is very well located in a safe area, not isolated and has good access by car. It is situated in walking distance of the well known hotel Neptune Paradise with diving school. On the beach there are watersports such as swimming, snorkelling, diving, jet-skiing, kite-surfing or big-game fishing. Within 10 km you find the new Diani Hospital, the new Diani Shopping Centre, several banks, several good restaurants including the Cave, Fourty Tiefs, at Nomads, Aniellos, Leonardos, 2 casinos, 2 night clubs and a Golf Club with 18 holes at the end of Diani (10km).

A real hotel service is on offer. All rooms and bathrooms are daily cleaned, towels are daily changed, bed sheets when necessary. There are also large pool towels provided for the sunbeds on the different terraces around the villa.
