Set in half an acre of lush tropical gardens, the villa enjoys the year-round benefit of the cooling easterly breeze, whilst at the same time getting the very best of the Caribbean sun.

The villa has a large and pretty shell shaped pool surrounded by a rustically paved sun terrace, a nice change from the more usual tiles. The pool terrace also share the lovely views across the bay. Right by the pool is a wet bar and shaded sitting area for poolside lunches and drinks, also a shower and toilet. Above is a large additional terrace, closer to the kitchen, and ideal for barbecues and alfresco evening dining on a balmy, moonlit night. Large and open plan living area with spectacular views out across Mount Hartman Bay. The whole house is spacious, light and airy, tastefully decorated in a modern Caribbean style, much of the furniture being locally made by Grenadian craftsmen.

With a total floor area of some 2,800 sq ft, this villa provides ample space for up to six guests, with many small areas - inside and out - where people can find their own retreats to read, relax or simply chill out. A separate ‘den’ area with ADSL internet connection, provides a corner for those who simply cannot leave work behind. The three air-conditioned bedrooms are well separated, two doubles and one twin. There are three bathrooms, two of which are ensuite. The kitchen is fully equipped and complete with everything you are likely to need for your Caribbean holiday villa rental. Adjoining the kitchen is a breakfast room with an additional patio area to catch the early morning sun. The villa has cable TV and a DVD player, as well as CD a music system. It is complete with all linens, including pool towels, and a maid service is provided five days a week.

The villa is very conveniently located in the residential area of L’Anse aux Epines, and is within 5 minutes’ drive of the shopping area in Grand Anse and its world famous beach. Local beaches are closer by. The capital town of St George’s is about 20 minutes’ drive away and the airport is some 10 minutes. The villa is altogether an ideal spot for your vacation villa on the Spice Island - either relaxing and enjoying the full pleasure of the sun and breeze or as a base from which to explore unspoiled beauties of Grenada.
