Splendidly located near the end of Prickly Point, the southernmost tip of Grenada, on the residential L’Anse Aux Epines peninsula, it is nearly surrounded by water with the ‘song of the sea’ audible throughout the property and with different views of the ocean from virtually every position. From its vantage point at the entrance to Prickly Bay, one of Grenada’s favourite anchorages, guests can watch the yachts come and go. And although Grenada is not known for its surfing, this villa is right by one of the few areas where surfing is possible. The villas architectural style embraces a wide variety of influences, particularly those elements that not only look good but ‘feel’ right. A place of refuge, renewal, and escape. The villa has has breathtakingly beautiful panoramic ocean views looking west over Prickly Bay and the Caribbean Sea and east towards the Atlantic and the prevailing breeze, which naturally cools the villa and its surroundings. And two inviting swimming pools add even more water elements to the pleasure of this villa.

There is approximately 100 feet of beach frontage with beautifully tended gardens filled with palm trees, shrubs and flowers, and shaded by pergolas covered with brilliantly flowering bougainvillea. The sun drenched terraces and tremendous ocean views, the wonderfully calming swishing of the breezes, and glorious sunsets all come together to create truly splendid outdoor living at this holiday rental villa in Grenada. The villa is fully equipped with all the amenities required for a superb vacation, including five air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on two levels (two kings, one queen and two twin-bedded rooms). Most of the bedrooms share the spectacular westerly ocean views. The fully equipped, galley-style kitchen is centrally located with an adjacent breakfast bar to one side and a large ‘wet’ bar and formal dining room to the other. Even the dining room has a dramatic ocean view to the east. ‘Below decks’, so to speak, and right next to the 30' long lap pool is the spa area. Set in a pebble-lined ‘grotto’, the spa has a big whirlpool bath with a huge 12" shower rose that sprinkles you with water like summer rain, and full bathroom facilities. This is the perfect spot to rinse off from swimming and cool down from the sun.

Spacious and comfortably furnished throughout; a large and deep veranda; lounging gazebo with a panoramic view; a rooftop sundeck, facing east for a dawn ocean view and the best of the breeze; a second swimming pool, this one with a deep end and sun deck; alfresco barbecue and dining area; multiple tiered and furnished beachfront decks, with palm covered shades. It is also a dream location for weddings with its wonderful setting that represents Grenada’s natural beauty in all its glory. This villa has recently been completely rebuilt and renovated to a very high standard. The style of the furnishings and décor is arranged for cool, simple, yet elegant Caribbean living. The villa is away from the island’s main tourist area, but offers easy access to Grenada’s top restaurants, beaches, nightlife, shops, grocery stores and banking facilities of Grand Anse, and the main town of St George’s, plus the world famous Grand Anse and Morne Rouge beaches.
