This apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, master with double bed and en-suite, second bedroom with three single beds, one further bathroom, fully equipped kitchen the lounge / dining room and the master bedroom have direct access to a terrace with views of the Marina and swimming pool. Sleeps a maximum of 5 people. The kitchen area has an electric oven, microwave oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher. The rental rate includes linen, bath towels, a weekly linen change. A final cleaning session takes place after the departure of the client, and is included. TV with SKY TV and satellite connection. Air conditioning in the lounge. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms. This apartment has the full use of a large community swimming pool. Private parking place. Estepona is an excellent location when visiting the Costa del Sol - whilst it is growing in size and popularity, much of the Spanish village charm still remains as the local government are happy to provide beautiful gardens and plants throughout the area. The location is also good for those who wish to explore the Costa del Sol and Andalucia as you are more or less in the centre of everything.
