Spain's second city is lively and exciting and perfect for a visit at any time of year. The palaces, residences and old churches give it a special character, mainly in the "Barri Gotic" and in the modern "L'Eixample". The wonderful buildings of the famous architect Gaudi have left a wonderful mark on the city (Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell, Casa Mila etc).
