Located within just a few yards of a quiet beach, this magnificent house looks out over a picturesque and sheltered bay in L’Anse aux Épines, the largely residential area in the south of Grenada.

The villa has five bedrooms (one king, two queens and two twins) in the main house, all with splendid en-suite bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 people in absolute comfort. In addition, an adjacent, self-contained cottage provides a sixth bedroom. Although the oceanfront setting ensures a near-constant trade wind breeze, all the bedrooms are air conditioned for additional comfort and open directly onto the fabulous south-facing sun and pool terrace, with its beautiful wooden furniture and superb infinity edge pool. The crystal clear pool is balanced with Baquacil, making it free of chlorine and all the associated problems. Two gazebos provide covered outdoor dining and seating areas and there is ample space for relaxing in and out of the sun.

Despite the fact that ‘outdoor living’ is what holidays in Grenada are all about, the villa has still more relaxed and luxurious comfort inside. From the large and amazingly well-equipped kitchen to the dining area with seating for up to 10 people. From the beautifully furnished lounge and atrium to the outside barbecue terrace. To make for easy catering, the fully-fitted kitchen has a large cooker, fridge/freezer, large drinks chiller, icemaker, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and toaster. All drinking water is filtered and there is a small breakfast bar. The lounge area, which also opens directly onto the terrace and pool deck area, is fitted with a comprehensive hi-fi sound system. Cable TV is available with some 50 channels, including all the main international news channels. And all bedrooms have their own extension phone line and internet access line. There is a small charcoal barbecue for outside catering. Most of the villa’s windows are screened against insects. There is a small security safe for your valuables.

The villa is fully-serviced by a housekeeper, six days a week. All your laundry and normal housekeeping needs are provided for. Although the villa is essentially a self-catering villa, an excellent and extensive catering service is available to you through a specialist villa catering service providing a wide choice of menus and dishes up to international cuisine standards.
