Lovely 3 bedroom beachfront apartment situated in the Mar Azul Urbanisation, located on the New Golden Mile between Estepona and Marbella. The apartment covers 190 m2, comprising a large living room, a dining area with dining table and 6 chairs, a good sized kitchen fully fitted, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two terraces and has air conditioning / Heating and LCD TV. The apartment is suited for 6 persons and offers a high grade of quality, comfort and space. The atmospheric organized living room is an enjoyment to stay in and is foreseen of modern sniffs (movement sensors for the light, computer installed light nuances, 41 inch LCD screen). The dining area offers plenty of space for 6 quests. The kitchen is nearby when using the serving hatch. Through the glass sliding door( with a build in bug protector) you enter the terrace. The spacious kitchen is fully fitted and installed with Siemens equipment among others an oven, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, drier, citrus press, toaster and all the utensils you need to cook, prepare and serve full meals. A serving hatch leads to the lounge dining area. The bedrooms are also very luxurious organized with privacy and have each an own control of the music installation the same as in the living room. The master bedroom is  en- suite with his own bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms divide a bathroom.  Two bedrooms are foreseen of bug protectors to the terraces. All bedrooms have large cupboards. The master bedroom has a safe. The apartment has 2 bathrooms.  The bathroom belonging by the master bedroom is foreseen of 2 sinks, separate toilet with bidet, whirlpool bath with shower and a separate shower foreseen of body massage.  The second bathroom has a bath  with shower and shower wall, a marble sink and a separate toilet and bidet. In both bathrooms are marble walls and floors in the best quality. The terrace is complete covered and has a pleasant dining-room table (6 persons) and 2 extra seats for the late hours. Terrace 1 has especially evening sun. The terrace lies on the southwest. With a view over the Mediterranean  and the 4000 M2 tropical garden, which has been lit of beautifully in the evening . The apartment has an own secured underground parking with more than sufficient space and an elevator who will bring you to the second floor situated apartment. When you leave the gate of the complex, you are on the beach.

About the area around Estepona

Estepona is an excellent location when visiting the Costa del Sol - whilst it is growing in size and popularity, much of the Spanish village charm still remains as the local government are happy to provide beautiful gardens and plants throughout the area. The location is also good for those who wish to explore the Costa del Sol and Andalucia as you are more or less in the centre of everything. Seville, Granada, Cordoba and Gibraltar are all in easy reach as a day trip. At the Western end on the Costa del Sol some 20 kms from Marbella; the town of Estepona has successfully maintained its Pueblo character despite the rigours of tourism. With a population of around 50,000 people, this busy town with its narrow, steep cobbled streets is a pleasure to explore. The Marina also hosts the Sunday morning market popular with locals and tourists alike. Dominated by the majestic Sierra Bermeja Mountain range, Estepona can easily be reached via the AP-7 Expressway or the N-340 Coastal Highway from Malaga Airport.
