Situated on the 2nd floor in a very peaceful location overlooking the Bellaluz green belt yet only 150 metres from the swimming pool and 1 minutes walk to the Andalucian style square which offers a selection of restaurants, bars, supermarket, bank, chemist, laundry and gift shops. Apartment facilities include dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, oven & hob, microwave, cable TV with Sky Sports and English channels, DVD, telephone and free WiFi internet access. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and their own balcony where you can enjoy the early morning sunshine. A further balcony at the rear of the apartment ensures that you can chase the sun all day long. There is a very spacious lounge and a separate dining room. Residents qualify for 50% discount on pre-bookable golf tee-off times and on tennis. The apartment will be fully prepared for your arrival and includes linen and towels. A welcome pack can be provided which is very useful if arriving in the evening when the supermarket is closed. The apartment is on the second floor which is the top floor of this low rise block. It is also at the end of the block which means that any noise is minimal.
