This elegant well appointed villa is on the exclusive 'Residencial Bel Air' in Calpe within an 800 metre walk of the tennis club, that has a bar and restaurant, and a 1500 metre walk to the town centre. It is far enough away for peace and tranquillity, yet close enough to take full advantage of all the facilities Calpe has to offer. Entrance to the property is through a remote controlled electric gate offering constant security. The complex consists of 15 semi-detached and terraced villas in a U-Shape around a communal swimming pool with Mediterranean garden laid out with grass and palm trees and the villa has views of the sea and Calpe's Peñon d'Ifach. Hot and cold air-conditioning is ducted into every room and the bathrooms and kitchen are finished to the highest quality. The kitchen is fully fitted and there is a hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The entrance to the villa is through a covered porch and security door into the ground floor entrance hall with cloakroom/wc then to the living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen, toilet and walk in storage cupboard with safe. The living area has French doors making the room very light and airy. Through the double French doors, you go out to the terrace and private garden with gate leading to the communal pool and garden area. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath & separate shower) and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom, also with fitted wardrobes, has sole use of the shower room across the landing. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony with beautiful panoramic views of Calpe town and the sea. Apart from air-conditioning and heating, the villa is fitted with double glazed windows which have roller blinds upstairs.

About the area around Denia

Calpe is a beautiful holiday resort for those seeking a relaxing beach holiday, with plenty to do and see.  Calpe has two main very good safe sandy beaches.  The two beaches are linked by a promenade approximately two miles long.  Calpe has a wide choice of shops, and there is a large general open-air market on Saturday mornings.  There are many restaurants, which offer a variety of international menus and are well known for their quality and reasonable prices.  Benidorm is about 20 minutes ride away for those seeking a more sophisticated night out.  There is a regular bus service to Benidorm, Alicante and Valencia and a narrow gauge railway, which gives a scenic ride along the coast between Alicante and Denia.  Terra Mitica is a new theme park suitable or all age groups 20 minutes drive away. There are about five kilometres of striking cliffs, with the Ifach, Toix and La Manzanara and the rest is beaches of fine sand, bays and coastline.  Among the sandy beaches, special mention should be made of the Playa de la Fossa or the Playa de Levante, more than 1 km of wide sands, ideal for swimming, diving and other sports.  The Arenal beach is also outstanding.  This beach and the Levante have installations for bathers.  The beaches of Bol, Moli, Morello, Cantal Roig and Calaga, have excellent fine sand and are less popular and crowded than La Fossa.  The bays of Les Bassetes, El Cantal Pla, Banos de la Reina, Les Urques and Cala Gaspa are ideal for diving. Surrounded by dozens of restaurants, bars and clubs offering a wide variety of food, drink and entertainment.  With 11 kilometres of coastline, Calpe actually has twelve sandy beaches most with promenades and lots of bars, restaurants and shops.  Calpe is on the Southeast coast of Spain, between Valencia and Alicante, about 15 miles north of Benidorm. If nature and un-touched landscape is what you want, then calpe has three distinct natural parks to visit.  Ifach is indeed a large rock, measuring 332m in height. The Phoenicians called the Rock of Ifach the Northern Rock to distinguish it from Gibraltar.
