Built in 1791, it stands in a superb coastal location adjoining Happisburgh’s working lighthouse (left of lighthouse in photo) and within a short drive of the Norfolk Broads. It offers well-equipped, comfortable holiday accommodation; the cellar has been converted into a den for children. The lighthouse is open to the public on some Sundays in high season, when visitors can enjoy the fantastic view from the top. Local rural, beach and cliff-top walks. Wroxham 12 miles. Norwich 20 miles. Pub/restaurant ½ mile. Cosy living room with multi-fuel stove and rugs on wooden floor. Kitchen/dining-room. Two bedrooms, each with rugs on wooden floor; one double with 5ft bed, one twin-bedded with additional pull-out bed (for +1). Bathroom with over-bath shower. Separate W.C. Steep stairs to lower ground floor: Cellar/playroom (restricted height 5ft 7in) with TV, video, table football.
