This large, spacious apartment is situated within the
luxurious 5 star Garden of Eden Resort, in Sveti Vlas on the Black Sea Coast.
The resort boasts 3 fantastic restaurants, numerous bars, seven outdoor pools,
one indoor pool, spa, children’s club, tennis courts and private beach. Across
the glistening bay lies the historical town of Nessebar.
The apartment is fitted throughout with a contemporary style
and is situated on the first floor, overlooking the Roman Pool. There is a large
spacious south west facing balcony ideal for enjoying the afternoon sun or
watching the sun set in the evening over a glass of wine. Although it is a first floor apartment, the entrance is via
the ground floor which allows easy access for elderly or disabled guests. It is
ideally located just feet away from the brand new split level infinity pool,
Roman Pool, tennis courts and Italian restaurant. Within the apartment itself there is air conditioning (hot
and cold) to both the living and sleeping space. As you enter the large open
planning living area you will find a modern high gloss white kitchen complete
with breakfast bar and all relevant appliances. The dining area has a large
glass round table complete with four modern chairs to complement the kitchen.
The lounge area has a 3 piece black leather settee that
converts into a double bed, black leather armchair and modern flat screen
television, There is also a DVD player to allow you to watch films or listen to
music. There is plenty of mood lighting to allow you to relax during the
evenings and also a large double glazed window to allow plenty of light in
during the day. The balcony can be accessed via a double glazed secure door
from the lounge. Leaving the living area, you enter the large bedroom
complete with king size bed, chest of drawers and double mirrored wardrobe. The
bedroom also has access to the balcony through a secure double glazed door.
The apartment contains a utility area complete with
pool/beach equipment, DVDs and books that are all available for guests to use.
Finally there is a modern bathroom complete with full size bath and shower.
