Superb 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom town house in a lovely residential setting overlooking Benidorm and within a few minutes of numerous quality attractions, golf courses, shopping centres and beaches. The property, that is fully air-conditioned, will sleep up to 6 people plus an additional child in a folding bed (extra charge). The front door leads into the hallway with toilet and washroom to one side and the kitchen with separate dining room to the other. The lounge is at the front of the house with English television and another dining area. Patio doors take you to the covered naya and a private garden laid to grass. A gate at the end of the garden leads to the communal landscaped gardens and two swimming pools. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds and a folding bed, and 2 full bathrooms. Just 7 minutes drive to the beach and 4 minutes drive to the shops.

About the area around Benidorm

Benidorm, located about 45 km northeast of Alicante, just south of Altea is one main attraction along the Costa Blanca. Despite its skyscraper skyline, it stands for beach and nightlife, Lots of Benidorm nightlife. Surrounded by up to 1558 m high mountains, Benidorm is perfectly protected against the sometimes cold north winds. Therefore, the weather in Benidorm stays very mild even through winter times. In Summer, Benidorm is one big party. With more the 1000 Restaurants and over 30 Discos, Benidorm offers nearly everything needed for a "busy" nightlife. Amongst the places to visit is Benidorm's casco antiguo - the old Benidorm city centre. Well, not much left from the old centre, so only the San Lorenzo, Santa Fez and San Vicente Streets mark the rests of old Benidorm. Benidorm has two main beaches, the playa de poniente and the playa de levante are about 5 km long in total. There are som fantastic theme parks near Benidorm ideal for families these include Terra Mitica to Mundomar and Aqualandia, all parks offer a variety of attractions. The temperature does not even go below 19° C during winter times, which makes the area ideal for all year round holidays.
