Set in a mature green urbanisation you find this private Estate, a charming small complex of approx. 20 individual houses. Our Villa is suited to host you under the most comfortable conditions. The property is air-conditioned throughout. The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. This gives room for up to 4 people. It has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool & Central heating keeps you warm. The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only. There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area (with heater), a south facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Benidorm, located about 45 km northeast of Alicante, just south of Altea is one main attraction along the Costa Blanca. Despite its skyscraper skyline, it stands for beach and nightlife, Lots of Benidorm nightlife. Surrounded by up to 1558 m high mountains, Benidorm is perfectly protected against the sometimes cold north winds. Therefore, the weather in Benidorm stays very mild even through winter times. In Summer, Benidorm is one big party. With more the 1000 Restaurants and over 30 Discos, Benidorm offers nearly everything needed for a "busy" nightlife. Amongst the places to visit is Benidorm's casco antiguo - the old Benidorm city centre. Well, not much left from the old centre, so only the San Lorenzo, Santa Fez and San Vicente Streets mark the rests of old Benidorm.
