3 bedroom villa with private pool close to the village of Orcheta near Villajoyosa. Bella Orcheta has three bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a private swimming pool and is located in the quiet urbanisation of Bella Orcheta, near Villajoyosa, the first chocolate producing town in Spain just a 35 minute drive from Alicante airport. There are bed places for up to 7 people and the villa is for family groups only. The living area is on the first floor and comprises a kitchen and dining area at one end and lounge area at the other. On the same floor is a double bedroom and a large shower room. The kitchen is fully fitted with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kitchen utensils, kettle, toaster, chip fryer, slow cooker and 4 burner hob. Please note there is no oven at the moment. There is a plenty of crockery, glassware and cutlery. The washing machine is located in the bathroom on this floor and there are washing airers and a retractable washing line on the patio. The lounge has a television with satellite receiver, DVD and video player with various films and there is a music centre. On the ground floor, with access by internal stairs or by a door from the street, there is a further double bedded room a twin bedded room and another shower room. Please note that the internal stairs are quite narrow and steep so are not suitable for small children and the elderly who should use the exterior access. Outside is a private swimming pool and terrace with furniture, sun beds and a large barbecue. The nearby Bar Pantana serves an excellent 'menu del dia', 3 course meal with a drink, at between 9 and 15 euros and they also have barbecues most weekends.

About the area around Benidorm

Benidorm, located about 45 km northeast of Alicante, just south of Altea is one main attraction along the Costa Blanca. Despite its skyscraper skyline, it stands for beach and nightlife, Lots of Benidorm nightlife. Surrounded by up to 1558 m high mountains, Benidorm is perfectly protected against the sometimes cold north winds. Therefore, the weather in Benidorm stays very mild even through winter times. In Summer, Benidorm is one big party. With more the 1000 Restaurants and over 30 Discos, Benidorm offers nearly everything needed for a "busy" nightlife. There are som fantastic theme parks near Benidorm ideal for families these include Terra Mitica to Mundomar and Aqualandia, all parks offer a variety of attractions. The temperature does not even go below 19° C during winter times, which makes the area ideal for all year round holidays.
