In a quiet residential area above the old fishing harbour, this villa is just 10 minutes walk from the beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife of Puerto del Carmen. This attractive and spacious modern house is very popular and many guests return each year, appreciating its very convenient location, unusual layout, and children’s pool (1.7m x1.5m, depth 0.4m). The main private swimming pool (7m x 5m, depth 1.35m, with ladder and heated in winter) is surrounded by sun terraces, with a handy shaded dining area and built in BBQ. There are sea views, slightly obscured by the hedges that border the pool.

Lounge/dining room with feature semi circular windows, widescreen satellite TV, DVD player with cinema sound, fitted kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, utility room with washing machine. Cloakroom with shower and WC. One twin bedroom, full bathroom, master bedroom with 4 poster bed and doors to pool and terrace, double bedroom and further shower/WC. Games room with pool table, table tennis, darts board, plus a selection of DVDs, books and board games. Car hire is not essential in this conveniently located villa, although it would be useful for visiting Timanfaya National Park, the beautiful, unspoiled Papagayo beaches, Teguise golf course or exploring the island.

There are dozens of them, and you will find people often reluctant to describe the beach which is truly their favourite. The warm clear waters of the Atlantic never fall below 18°C even in Winter and are ideal for scuba diving, snorkelling, fishing or just swimming in.
