One of two virtually identical, semi-detatched, named villas in the very pleasant residential development of Bocaina and are very comfortable and well equipped private houses just 400m uphill from the resort centre, old port and main beach of Puerto del Carmen, making them ideal for anyone who wants a quiet villa within easy walking distance of this lively resort. Furnished to a high standard, Villa Jacaranda has its own private swimming pool (6m x 3m, depth 1m to 1.6m, with ladder), sun terraces and BBQ area, whilst there is also a spacious upstairs balcony with panoramic views. Inside, the villa has been tastefully decorated and well equipped, making a very comfortable and convenient holiday home.

Two storeys. Lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV and CD player, well equipped fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, 1 twin bedroom and shower/wc downstairs. Upstairs is a further twin, plus a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony. Safe. Car hire is not essential here. Puerto del Carmen is also very convenient for visiting Timanfaya National Park, Teguise golf course or exploring the island.

There are dozens of them, and you will find people often reluctant to describe the beach which is truly their favourite. The warm clear waters of the Atlantic never fall below 18°C even in Winter and are ideal for scuba diving, snorkelling, fishing or just swimming in.
