It has its own private gardens and swimming pool and makes an ideal base for a relaxing holiday on the Costa del Sol. The accommodation comprises of a light and airy lounge with flat screen TV with English satellite reception, a DVD player and music centre. Large patio doors give access to a covered verandah with cane suite and from here onto the immaculate gardens and pool. There is a very elegant dining area with glass topped dining table and regency style chairs. The modern well equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee percolator, plus of course a good selection of pots, pans, crockery, glassware etc. The villa benefits from 3 full en-suite bathrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed, then there are two double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms as well as a fourth full family bathroom. All of the bedrooms are comfortably furnished with plenty of storage space and most of them have their own private access either out onto the various terraces on the upper floor or into the gardens on the ground and lower floors. The pretty gardens of this charming villa are split into 2 levels and provide plenty of private areas where you are not overlooked t all. On the lower level you will also find a sauna. The swimming pool is 4x8 metres with an approx. depth of 1 metre to 2 metres and has Roman steps for access. There is plenty of terrace space around the pool for sunbathing and relaxing and sun beds are provided. The elevated position of the villa gives it wonderful views of la Concha mountain and the surrounding countryside.

About the area

The surrounding neighbourhood is definitely for those who are looking for a quiet, relaxing location in a quality setting. Also nearby are the towns of Puerto Duquesa to the south and Puerto Banus near Marbella. The town is on the Mediterranean sea in the south of Spain.  Gibraltar is just over 20 miles away to the south and can be reached by car about 30 minutes. At the Western end on the Costa del Sol some 20 kms from Marbella; the town of Estepona has successfully maintained its Pueblo character despite the rigours of tourism. With a population of around 50,000 people, this busy town with its narrow, steep cobbled streets is a pleasure to explore. These small thoroughfares offer a wealth of Bodegas, and Tapas Bars serving traditional food at very reasonable prices, with a friendly service. Estepona also boasts La Rada Beach an obvious attraction, and the town generally has an abundance of Hotels, and Restaurants. The Marina also hosts the Sunday morning market popular with locals and tourists alike. Dominated by the majestic Sierra Bermeja Mountain range, Estepona can easily be reached via the AP-7 Expressway or the N-340 Coastal Highway from Malaga Airport.
