Charming one bedroom self-catering flat in the heart of the historic Old Town of Villajoyosa, Costa Blanca, Spain. The apartment, which was sympathetically refurbished in 2006, is on the third floor (top) of an 19th century town house in the heart of the historic old town of Villajoyosa (joyful town). The living area completely opens out onto a sunny terrace which overlooks the rooftops of the old town down towards the Mediterranean sea. The apartment has one twin bed bedroom with ample wardrobe and storage space, a modern bathroom with a washing machine and shower, a beamed living area with a modern fully equipped. American-style kitchen and a flower filled terrace with patio furniture, sun umbrella and a small utility room. To welcome you, after what might have been a long journey, there will be a welcome pack including, orange juice, tea/coffee, milk, water, bread, margarine, jam, and of course a bottle of wine, waiting for you in the apartment. Smoking is OK if it is outside on the terrace. End of rental cleaning of 30 Euros, paid locally, is the only additional charge. The apartment is not really suitable for children.

About the area around Benidorm

Benidorm, located about 45 km northeast of Alicante, just south of Altea is one main attraction along the Costa Blanca. Despite its skyscraper skyline, it stands for beach and nightlife, Lots of Benidorm nightlife. Surrounded by up to 1558 m high mountains, Benidorm is perfectly protected against the sometimes cold north winds. Therefore, the weather in Benidorm stays very mild even through winter times. The temperature does not even go below 19° C during winter times, which makes the area ideal for all year round holidays.
