Lovely two bedroom air-conditioned vacation condominium in Alicante, Spain. 250ft walk to the sandy beach. Private residence and parking. Children, pets welcome. Located on the sea and graced with an exceptional climate, Playa San Juan, has a fine white sandy beach 3 miles long with a boardwalk , benches and showers. There are beachfront services such as restaurants, bars, cafeterias and water sports activities. The beach flies the Blue Flag for beach cleanliness. The holiday apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, a desk and wall closets. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The wall to wall bay windows in the dining area look out towards the gardens and beyond to the sea. The living room has a sofa bed, table for six, satellite TV and a DVD player. The dining area looks out towards the sea. Private gardens and children's play area that can be viewed from the condominium. There are 3 outdoor showers in the garden area. The residence has covered parking. |
