Small One Bed ground floor flat in the old town of Villajoyosa. The ground floor flat at Calle Mayor is a small and quirky property that has been recently renovated by the current owners. The outside door opens on to a communal entrance hallway. The front door to the apartment then opens on to a long living / kitchen area at the front of the property with a small double bedroom and ensuite bathroom at the rear. Although there are two double beds in the property (one in the bedroom and a sofabed in the living area) the size of the property means that it is probably more suited to 2/3 people. Please note that because of the location of the property there are no external windows (all light comes from the entrance hall) However this is a good thing as in the summer this means that the property stays nice and cool. The property is located in the historical old town of Villajoyosa. It is only 5 mins walk from the beautiful quiet beach and some fantastic restaurants and bars. For those wanting a more lively day / night out Benidorm is only a 15 min drive away. End of rental cleaning of 30 Euros, paid locally, is the only additional charge.

Benidorm, located about 45 km northeast of Alicante, just south of Altea is one main attraction along the Costa Blanca. Despite its skyscraper skyline, it stands for beach and nightlife, Lots of Benidorm nightlife.
