The villa is very large at 400 squared metres on a plot of land 1.000 squared metres, enjoying 700 squared metres of garden areas.  The villa is situated at only 3 minutes by car from the famous “Puerto Banús”. The Villa is situated in a privileged area at the end of a beautiful avenue with gardens and fountains, only two minutes’ walk from the beach and the promenade. The villa is also only a short drive from some of the best golf course on the Costa del Sol. The villa can accommodate 10-14 people, distributed in five en-suite bedrooms, of which you can find 3 bedrooms en-suite on the ground floor, the master bedroom en-suite on the first floor and the granny anex en-suite in the garden. The main lounge offers a sitting area with 3 large sofas in leather, chimney, music centre, large TV with more than 200 channels to choose from in various languages, DVD for which you can also find a large collection of DVD’s. The main lounge also offers air conditioning (hot and cold air). Fully equipped with ceramic hob with 4 rings, gas hob with 2 rings, electric grill, full size electric oven, microwave, deep-fat fryer. Also available are; dishwasher, washing-machine, larder fridge, fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and other small electric appliances to make guests feel more at home. The kitchen also offers air conditioning unit (hot & cold air). There is also a Library lounge with an assortment of books, 2 large sofás in leather, TV, video, DVD and the collection of DVD’s. In the garden area, you can find the swimming-pool, a large built in BBQ surrounded by sitting area with central brick built rounded table and parasol. There is also table tennis, garden area with 14 sun beds and for the small ones, swings and slide, exterior games and toys. telescopic cover for the pool size 11 x 7 metres, which offers 30 squared metres of covered area, including the pool, sitting area and the possibility of adding sun beds if you wished.  This option is ideal for the winter, the pool is also heated in winter. About the area around San Pedro

San Pedro de Alcántara is in an ideal situation, just 10 kilometres west from all the glitz and glamour of Marbella, yet just a few minutes drive away from the natural beauty of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range and 20 km from the town of Estepona. An ancient farming community, once famous for sugar cane, today San Pedro is a refreshingly unspoilt pueblo with an appeal all of its own. Be sure to head for the central plaza here with its gracious parish church and surrounding narrow streets which are packed with intriguing small shops, sidewalk cafes and bars. Thursday is street market day with all the associated hustle and bustle; a veritable bargain shopper's paradise. A pleasant walk is from the centre of town to the beachfront along the Avenida del Marques del Duero which is a particularly attractive wide avenue flanked by palm trees. And the modern wide promenade is ideal for continuing your stroll (or skateboarding!) with several excellent chiringuitos (beachside restaurants) specialising in fish dishes. Visit Bora Bora if only for a drink at the bar. It is one of the best beach clubs on the coast, with a superb restaurant and all the usual beach facilities, a tropical paradise. San Pedro also has the last summer fair ( feria ) in Andalucia being in the second week in October. History buffs will enjoy the Paleochristian Balisilica Church by the sea and the third century Roman Baths, Las Bovedas. Check at the local tourist office for timings. The Paleochristian Balisilica Church and Necropolis is located in the woods next to the Bora Bora Beach Club that is on the sea front directly infront of the town. A little further west along the beach to Guadalmina is located the restored remains of the Roman Baths. If driving leave San Pedro westward towards Estepona. Stop at the tourist office in the Arch for the keys. After passing under the Marbella Arch, turn right and double back under the road tunnel. Head down to the sea and the Roman baths are next to the Guadlamina Beach Club.
