  We have 6 apartment with twin beds, and glorious Pool and Sea views. 
  These new, one bedroom holiday apartments have one of the best positions in the whole area.  Each has a large balcony that has stunning views over the pool and the Atlantic ocean. With sea views from the bedroom and a balcony that literally sits over the Atlantic, you will be lulled to sleep by the gentle sounds of waves lapping against the shore! The pool area at the complex is stunning. There are plenty of sunbeds available for your use and it's a beautiful spot to take in the Tenerife sun. 10 minutes from Airport, 10-15 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car). Hourly bus service also available to both the North and South of the Island. The Aguamarina complex has an incredible location, perched right on the seafront.  Cocktails on the balcony at sunset are the perfect way to wind down after a day before exploring the night life.

Property Features

The Lounge consists of a double sofa bed that folds into 2 single beds, a radio/cassette/cd player and satellite television (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4 and Sky Sports One). There are patio doors leading to the double balcony with sea views. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster. There is a breakfast bar separating the kitchen from the lounge. The Bedroom: The bedroom is furnished with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. There is an iron and ironing board and a ceiling fan and views to the ocean. It also has patio doors leading to the double balcony. Bathroom: Fully tiled, bath with shower, wash basin set in a marble top, w.c. Large Balcony: South facing with a table and 4 chairs, a clothes dryer, 2 reclining chairs / sun beds and stunning pool and sea views. Welcome Pack and Linen Change: Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water provided on your arrival, also a bottle of wine. Towels and Linen: change weekly.  

Complex Facilities: A heated adult and a childrens swimming pool, outside showers, sunbeds and views of the ocean. The Aguamarina Complex is very safe and secure as the main doors to reception are kept locked. It is wheelchair friendly, very well maintained and each floor is cleaned every day. Over the road from the Aguamarina is a well stocked supermarket and an Irish bar showing all the major sporting events by day and some really good live entertainment at night. In front of the complex there is a gorgeous sea front promenade where there are some really nice Spanish restaurants and bars. A pleasant 10-15 minute coastal walk along this promenade will bring you to the picturesque resort centre which is based around a main square. Here you will find more good quality bars, restaurants (many with evening entertainment), boutiques, banks and a chemist

About the area around Golf del Sur

 Located in the sunny south of Tenerife and just a few minutes drive from the island's Reina Sofia airport, lies Golf del Sur, one of Europe 's best golf and leisure complexes. Golf del Sur is in essence a small town with a golf course running through it, catering not just for the golfer but also for families who require a more peaceful area, where the environment is clean and the scenery beautiful.  This region is most famous for its excellent golf course but many other activities are right on the doorstep: swimming, walking, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving.The stunning front line complex of Aguamarina that offers the most gorgeous sea views, many apartments with balcony's that literally sit above the Atlantic, lies in the westerly corner of the Golf DelSur.  Here lies the new marina and its many sea front restaurants set on a picturesque promenade. Shops and a commercial centre are on offer.  Many people come from miles around to eat at the “Golden Bay” Chinese restaurant set on the road leading to the marina. For those who like a bargain, just past the Golden Bay and outside the Aguamarina Hotel is the home of Golf Del Sur’s Friday market.  The golf fairways stretch out either side of the road, to the left, it winds upwards to the mountains in the distance and to the right, it cascades down to the sparkling waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The sea is sprawled in front of you, the road is lined with palm trees and the green of the golf course contrasts beautifully with the barrenness of the rest of the island.  Nearby is San Blas  - a lively place with more restaurants, cafes, bars and restaurants, Golf Del Sur's only nightclub and of course beaches.  Sunset View is the term used for the road that drops down towards the sea to San Blas and is also the name of the complex opposite. Proximity to the Commercial Centre and lovely sea views makes this a very popular complex. Anyone visiting the Golf must visit the restaurant within Sunset View with it’s cabaret bar style evening entertainment.
