In addition, leading from this bedroom is a ground floor walled patio. UPSTAIRS: Offers an open-plan kitchenette and comfortable cosy lounge area with a stove wood burner and access to a 2nd newly renovated bathroom. There is a useful additional seating area, with a sofabed, that can be partitioned off from the lounge that could accommodate 1 extra person. TERRACE AREAS: The property has the benefit of three glorious private terraces. The kitchen exit doors lead out onto a lower balcony terrace. There is a staircase that leads to a sunny upper roof terrace area with lovely sea and mountain views. GENERAL: This is a corner property that is quiet, peaceful & quite unique with charm & character. It is within easy walking distance to the "Elena" community pool & garden area.

Guests can be assured that all of our properties are to a high standard and our onsite housekeeping team regularly inspect to ensure this standard is maintained by the owners with regard to furnishings, furniture, household equipment and property fixtures. The onsite Villacana office staff will welcome you, hand over information/keys etc and be available during your stay, as well as providing 24/7 emergency contact should it be required.
