Sunny

minutes walk away. The Sun Village Complex in
Sunny Beach is ideally located within the famous resort and is
approximately 350m from the sea as the crow flies, 200m from the main High
Street and only 250m away from the largest Aqua Park in Bulgaria. Sun
Village consists of 3 buildings, centred around a large communal swimming pool and bar area.
Each building is six stories high and many of the apartments have
fantastic sea views and benefits from a lift. The complex
has a bar and restaurant. The Coliseum is situated on
the front line in Sunny Beach and offers an almost unique opportunity. The
complex has been split so that half of the building is an upmarket 4 star
hotel and the other side offers self catering apartments. The Coliseum is
right in the heart of Sunny Beach. Its location is truly unique, as it's
almost unheard of for apartments within the resort to be front line and
clients can walk straight out on to the 7km of sandy beach. Due to it's
location and finish, there really isn't anything like the Coliseum in
Sunny Beach. The complex has a pool, shop, restaurant and bar. Sunny Fort is located in
Sunny Beach, perfect for family holidays with adults and children swimming

Massage and Fitness room is available to all those staying at the complex
but a small fee may be levied. There is ample car parking and 24 hour,
on-site security. The complex is positioned so that the pool and main
grounds benefit from the majority of sunshine. The Bora Apartment Complex
in Sunny Beach (the most popular Bulgarian beach resort) is a small,
intimate complex with communal swimming pool located in a quiet location
near the centre of Sunny Beach. The distance to the perfect sandy beach is
approx 350m, the main bar and restaurant area can be reached within 3 mins
and the Kuban Hotel (which marks the centre of the resort) is a 4 min walk
away. The Aquapark with it’s various entertainment facilities is located
at the end of the road and is only a 4 min walk away. The
Balkan Breeze Apartment complex is located in the resort of Sunny Beach in
southern Bulgaria. The apartment complex
is set back form the main strip, giving a quiet location, but is just a
short walk from the lively area of Sunny Beach and only 700 meters from
the sea. The complex is situated in west Sunny Beach near Action Aqua
Park, five miles from the romantic and ancient town of Nessebar. The complex has a bar and

precinct and The Central Hospital, Aqua Park, Bank, restaurants and

Complex is situated in Sunny Beach resort, Bulgaria. The building is
located at the west end of "Sunny Beach" resort perpendicularly to
the main road, that goes along the whole Sunny Beach resort. Also, it is
next to Trakia Hotel, 7-8 min walk to the beach, nearby the bus station
and the resort centre. The following facilities are available at the
Kamelia Garden Holliday Complex: Swimming pool – for children and
adults, Sun beds, Umbrellas, Parking Lot under guard, Bar, Gym and
Children's Facilities.
St
Vlas
- Panorama
Fort Beach resort offers a wealth of on-site facilities and is situated at
the beginning of a secluded bay in a naturally beautiful location in St
Vlas. Facilities include Two Food Centres,
Two Restaurants, Three Bars, Cafeteria, An Irish Pub, Aqua Attraction with
Artificial Waves, Water Slide, Swimming Pools for both
Adults & Children, Supermarket, Shops, Fitness Suite with Sauna,
Playgrounds for Children, Elevators & easy access to all apartments,
Beauty Centre with Hairdressers, Medical Centre, Tennis Court / Football
Court, Internet Club and Private Beach. Garden of Eden is a luxury
complex of around 550 properties. Six outdoor pools, a seventh Roman-style pool, and an
indoor pool are being provided, with a cascading stream through the
village. Using the natural gradient, a high proportion of the apartments,
reached by footpaths and bridges over the stream, have a sea view. On-site facilities include shops, banking, tennis court,
fitness centre, saunas and beauty salon - and of course a number of bars
and restaurants (including a fish restaurant built out over the sea). Vega Village is a superb 4
star front line holiday complex with magnificent sea views. It offers a
beachfront location, only minutes from the Marina and a 5 minute stroll
from the centre of Sveti Vlas. There are two large elegantly designed
swimming pools, gym, sauna, indoor restaurant, poolside snack bars and
car parks. Doctor is on call via reception. There are a number of
services available from reception including shuttle bus to Sunny Beach
and excursions can be booked.
The
Watermill complex was completed in July 2005. it boasts it's
own, communal swimming pools, bars and restaurants and of course, all year round 24 hour
security. There are seven restaurants within the resort and each has
it's own theme from the Italian style restaurant in La Dolce Vita to the
very Bulgarian style restaurant of the Bells. The complex is
approximately 150 metres from the sea with a large number of properties
have fantastic sea and pool views. Beautifully designed complex in the popular
resort of Sveti Vlas. The Lazur complex
situated
near the front line of St Vlas, approximately 2 miles north of Sunny
Beach, Bulgaria, which is part of the
famous Dinevi resort. A group of small, self contained mini-complexes
of apartments, which share their own pools. The facilities of the main
Lazur complex are of course available which include a large swimming pool,
restaurants and bars. Although the complex is a few hundred feet from the
sea, the walk to the private sandy beach is through the landscaped grounds
to your own, private resort, where are of course, you can use any of the
facilities.
The
Etara complex comprises of two phases, with phase 1 being on the front
line, with it's own beach and phase 2 being in a slightly elevated
position behind it. The concept behind Etara, was traditional build
design, coupled with modern facilities. The complex benefits from the following facilities 24
hours all year round security, cable TV, shops, hairdresser, pharmacy,
parking for 150 cars, health spa, piano bar, attraction pool with bar,
25 metre swimming pool, children's pool and restaurant.
The
Diamante complex was completed in late 2005. The resort benefits
from a piano bar and a formal restaurant and the seven other bars and
restaurants. Beautiful swimming pools, business centre, supermarket and
two pool bars within the grounds. Private sandy beach, gymnasium, tennis
courts, car hire and bureau de change. The complex is frontline with a
large number of the properties having fantastic sea views and direct access to
the private sandy beach. The diamante resort is a wonderful beachfront complex. The Bells
complex is a few hundred metres from the sea and is the comparable complex
in location to the new Watermill complex. The complex was constructed in
the 'C' design which enable almost all apartments to view the pool. The
Bells also benefits from a gym, a full time masseur and a superb Bulgarian
style restaurant, serving everything from breakfasts, to traditional
dishes and even English dishes. Most of the apartments boast stunning sea
views.
Fort Noks Marina View is a brand new front
line complex, which is part of the combined marina view / panorama
complexes, and the facilities of both are available to use. These include
9 swimming pools one of which is a wave pool. There is a separate area
with a Jacuzzi pool and massage service. There are at present 2 restaurant
bars a supermarket and a car hire office. For a small hire charge the
following are available, five-a-side football pitch, tennis court,
broadband Internet room, sauna, & fitness gym. There are also 6
playground areas. Sun Coast Villas is a fully contained holiday
apartment and villa complex built on a first sea line in the village of St. Vlas
on Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast. A small, secluded beach lies underneath the
property, and can be accessed via a 50m pathway leading from the properties. All
of the units at Sun Coast Villas have sea views. Among the amenities on the
complex property are a pool and sun deck, a pool side restaurant and bar and a
mini-market for all holiday necessities.
Bansko
- Bojurland Holiday Village is
just a 5 minutes stroll from Bansko 's famous taverns, entertainment and
shopping areas. The apartments have magnificent, panoramic views of the
Pirin Mountain range, and guests can benefit from numerous on-site
facilities which include swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, gym facilities,
games room, cafe bar and restaurant. Ideally located to exploit Bulgaria's
top ski resort, the apartments are within walking distance to the ski
gondola, also a free shuttle bus service every 15
minutes for those who wish to conserve their energy for the slopes.
Cedar Lodge
2 is located about 5 minutes walk from the Gondola lift these brand new
apartments comprise of two apartment wings, just 15 metres away from each
other, both offering a combination of spectacular mountain views, relaxing
traditional atmosphere and a range of leisure facilities at your finger
tips. The on-site facilities include indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna,
fitness room, ski and ski boot storage area, coffee shop and reception
area. Fantastic apartment complex in a great location for the
slopes. Todora Towers occupies one
of the best locations for skiers, just 100m from the gondola. It provides
modern and cheerfully furnished accommodation. The apartments have wooden
laminate flooring, wood burning fireplace, Cable TV and 24 hour security. Relax
in the sauna or in front of the real wood-burning fireplace after a
hard day out on the slopes. Private
Ski Storage and Parking available. 5* Luxury spa and gym at Kempinski
hotel across the road payable locally. Bell Tower 2 has views over
a beautiful park area on one side and the Perin mountains on the other. It
is situated five minutes walk from the town centre which is entertained by
over 100 pubs, restaurants, nightclubs, casino, sports centres to name
only a few! There are also the excellent health spa facilities available
at the stunning 4 star Orphey Hotel next door. Everything from swimming
pool to sauna or gymnasium to Jacuzzi. The gondola ski station is a 20
minute stroll or a few minutes on the dedicated shuttle bus from the front
door of the Orphey Hotel. The Knights Lodge apartment
complex is in a prime location only 400m from the main gondola station and
only 200m from the start of the old town. It is in a quiet residential
area but right between the gondola and the old town (restaurants, bars
etc). The Knights Lodge complex has 55 apartments with a 24 hr
reception/security, sauna, jacuzzi and fitness room on site. It has its
own bar and restaurant on the ground floor - the Sir Galahad which is very
popular locally for its live music and excellent pizza. Great if you can't
walk too far after a hard day on the slopes! Katarino Spa complex has everything you would expect of a premium leisure complex geared up for
winter sports. Bars, restaurants, ten pin bowling, pool tables, 2 swimming
pools, relaxation areas, 3 sauna's, 2 steam rooms and numerous other
specialist massage and body treatments. The Hotel at the heart of the
complex has a computer room with free access to the internet.
The Hotel also runs a bus service every 20 mins to Bansko which runs till
10.30pm after that time you can easily get taxis. The Monastery Complex is
ideally situated on the edge of the old town (Bansko) overlooking the Snow
capped Pirin Mountains and just 250 meters from the Cable car lies the
Monastery. A newly built development of Exclusive apartments which has
been modelled on and is situated nearby the famous Rila Monastery
(Bulgaria’s most famous attraction). The complex offers a sauna, fitness
room and a café/bar and next door are restaurants, shops and swimming
pools.
