A pay as you go mobile telephone using the local network will be available for your use during your stay. Cleaning of the apartment is optional and can be arranged for you at an additional charge of £8.00 per clean. Further details outdoors: The apartment is situated in a quiet street in the Village of Nazlet el Saman, close to the historical sites, Pyramids & Sphinx but within easy reach of Cairo with the Famous Museum (galleries of Tutankhamun) and many other attractions. There are supermarkets , restaurant & bazarres in the village itself and within 5-10 mis walk of the apartment. You can take a camel ride or horse ride into the desert or a felluca on the River Nile, an evening cruise on the Nile with dinner & entertainment. You will have exclusive use of the Roof Terrace, relax on the sun loungers sipping cool drinks on those long sunny days or enjoy the sound & light show over the Pyramids from the roof in the evening. Tours using experienced tour guides can be arranged for you at very reasonable rates.

Nazlet el Saman is a village approx 1 Hour from Cairo, here you can relax in a quiet environment but still have access to the main attractions of this Area, The Pyramids and the Sphinx are literally on your doorstep. a short distance by taxi you can visit the Step Pyramid at Sakarra & Memphis. There are many places to visit in Cairo itself, eg the Famous Museum, see the The Pharonic Village (like going back in time), The Citadel (home to Egypt Rulers for some 700years, visit the Mohammed Ali Mosque, this is a work of art and took 18 years to build. Don't miss a visit to the famous 14th century Khan el Kalili Market. Take an evening cruise down the River Nile and enjoy the entertainment, music and belly dancers. The Pyramids & Sphinx are around 10 mins walk from the apartment, there are restaurants and supermarkets within 5-10 mins walking. There are many hotels with restaurants within 10 min taxi ride where some also allow you to use the facilities ie swimming pool etc. There is an internet cafe/games in the village and tennis courts. There are stables if you would like horse riding or a camel ride.
