Casa Pisces is a gorgeous 3 bed, 2 bath property. Words cannot really do justice to this gem of a house, tucked away in enchanting gardens with palms, fruit trees, flowering shrubs and trailing plants, and surrounded by tall hedges for total privacy and seclusion. The house itself, formerly a small Spanish casita, has been lovingly restored and enlarged by the owners with taste and creativity. |

The owners have cleverly managed to create a warm, homely atmosphere, yet it is the last word in good taste and elegance - from the hand-made clay floor tiles, the double-glazed wood doors and windows, to the stylish furnishings and décor. In the garden room by the pool a touch of the Kasbah has been created, with Moroccan style furnishings and décor, and a ceiling fan. The house has central heating for the cooler months. 3 Bedrooms : 2 with double beds, 1 with twin beds. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. Bathrooms. Large shower room with basin and wc. Bathroom with bath, shower, basin & wc. Living Room : Sofa, chairs, desk, TV good selection of English channels inc. BBC, ITV, Channels 4 & 5, films and sports, Hi Fi, ceiling fan. Doors to ‘naya’ with easy chairs, dining table/chairs, & arched doorways to gardens. Kitchen : Fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, electric oven with ceramic hob. Archway to breakfast room with table & chairs. Ceiling fan. Washing machine.. Outside : Rear courtyard with barbecue, table/chairs. 7.5 x 5m Pool with Roman steps - no shallow end. Recliners. Sunshade. Poolside garden room has ceiling fan, and wc & basin. Gardens & gated entrance. Central heating for comfortable winter living. Services : Villa cleaned between lets. 15/20 minutes walk, or just a few minutes’ drive, takes one to the historic old town, and the Port is just 10 minutes’ drive away. The Arenal, with its safe sandy beach, is about 15 minutes by car. Both the Port and the Arenal offer lots of bars, restaurants and shops and a lively atmosphere. Two golf courses are very close by, and others are within a 20-minute radius. El Portet y L'Ampolla, Les Platgetes and L'Andragó are small, peaceful beaches. Eight kilometres of coastline, which start at Morro de Tamarit up to Punta de l'Estrella, surrounded by a sea that is always blue and warm. Some have fine sand and shaped like a shellfish, like at El Portet and some are small coves made of small rocks for the enjoyment of the visitor who loves peacefulness. Moraira and its surrounding areas the commercial centre of the tourist area of Teulada and in this important tourist centre you can find every type of service. The fishing port is in surprising contrast to the modern recreations offered to visitors. The highly impressive promontory of Cap d'Or is an attractive watchtower, from which a great part of the coastline of the Costa Blanca can be seen. The attraction and variety of our coastline allows us to take very interesting trips. Cap d'Or, in the extreme north is a magnificent point to take a walking trip to. There you will see the oldest remains of the prehistoric settlers and the TORRE VIGIA (Look-out Tower), one of the most photographed emblems of the Alicante coastline. In the port of Moraira you have Club Náutico where there is the sailing School and where they organize the Territorial Championship of Cruisers and Monotypes during Easter Week. |
