The house can accommodate four adults in separate rooms. In the entrance terrace, there is a pool and a summer kitchen with BBQ shared with the house next door we also have for rent. On entering, the Home there is the main room with fireplace and two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom with Jacuzzi. Up the stairs to the master bedroom with an old double bed c 1920 and lamps which belonged to the church when intact. Cartwheels dating back to the beginning of the last century have been transformed into the main lighting. Kitchen utensils are copies of originals and the plates are of a type still in use in most villages of Crete. Furniture and fittings are copies of original pieces presently exhibited in the Historical Museum of Crete in Heraklion. There is evidence handed down through the generations that there was a church on this site many years ago. Location: The beach is located 5 minutes walk away and about the same for the village of Elounda, about 1 kilometre.

Elounda: is a little fishing village, which for many years has been attracted ever greater numbers of visitors. It is situated right in the heart of the famous Bay of Mirabello with its breathtaking vistas, azure and clear blue seas, amazing landscapes and very pleasant and dry microclimate. In the centre of Elounda is the picturesque fishing boat harbour, with the cafes, the shops and tavernas around which provide a popular meeting point for locals and visitors alike. The four villages of Elounda are spread out along the lower slopes of the approach to the Massif. Pano and Kato Elounda, Mavrikiano and the new settlement of Skisma, the port of Elounda, bask in the glorious sea as it opens up before them offering its beauty and charm. Elounda is also an ideal location for all kinds of water sports as well as for long walks in the nature and the surrounding villages. For the small guests, there is a playground by the harbour. Youngsters can play basketball with other children at the school of Mavrikiano 500 metres away from the kafenios. Elounda, is a world renowned tourism resort located to the north of Aghios Nikolaos, having an indented coastline, shaded beaches, crystal clear seas, and a tranquil and heavenly environment. It is 10km distance from Aghios Nikolaos, and the cutting along the side of the road affords you the opportunity to admire the spectacular view of Mirambello Gulf and Korfos. The village is built on the southern coast of the Gulf of Elounda, 1km east of the ancient settlement of Olounda, from which it has taken its name. This used to be the favoured place of legendary figures from Minoan Crete and of historical figures of our times.
