Lovely 2 bedroom ground floor property on one level in the centre of the south section in Villacana beachside resort.

FACILITIES: This property has been totally refurbished but still manages to combine modern with rustic style. It is very well maintained and cared for. There is a small enclosed garden area at the front entrance. Both the double bedroom and twin bedroom have doors leading out onto a pleasant private south facing garden/ terrace area and access to a large shower room. LIVING AREA: There is a cosy lounge and dining area with fireplace. Adjoining is a modern fitted kitchen. GENERAL: This property can accommodate a total of 4 people. Is a short walk to the beach, the "Eva" community pool.

Guests can be assured that all of our properties are to a high standard and our onsite housekeeping team regularly inspect to ensure this standard is maintained by the owners with regard to furnishings, furniture, household equipment and property fixtures. The onsite Villacana office staff will welcome you, hand over information/keys etc and be available during your stay, as well as providing 24/7 emergency contact should it be required.
