Lovely 3 bedroom townhouse on two levels in the centre of the southern section of Villacana beachside resort.

UPSTAIRS: The master bedroom has twin beds with mattresses that can be joined to form a large double. Has double doors affording a view of the rear courtyard and the "Eva" pool. The 2nd twin bedroom is a larger size and is cooler in the summer. Has the same feature as the master bedroom but has an outlook over the rear enclosed patio. The smaller 3rd bedroom is fitted with two single beds and the chest of drawers. All bedrooms have access to a main bathroom with full size bath and shower, and also a shower room. DOWNSTAIRS: The lounge has a wood burning fireplace, hard wearing leather sofa and chairs and shuttered doors leading onto a south facing enclosed patio that has easy access to the "Eva" small pool round the corner. Inside you will find a modern kitchen which is well equipped to cater for two families or more. Adjoining is the dining area for more formal dining with access to the front private patio area. GENERAL: This property can sleep 6 people in total. Is a short walk to the beach.

The onsite Villacana office staff will welcome you, hand over information/keys etc and be available during your stay, as well as providing 24/7 emergency contact should it be required.
